Hello, my surface pattern design friends!
Having a well-designed flip-through digital (and one printed on paper!) portfolio is essential for communicating to art directors and getting your work licensed: it demonstrates your professionalism, organizes your portfolio to highlight its strengths and can be customized to speak directly to your dream client.

"Ofelia" by Paola Pagano
Ofelia was born between water and paper. The process involves a digital transition, transferring the drawings and modifying the colours, without losing the tangible quality that only watercolour on paper can provide. Chaotic and a little emotional, Ofelia challenges the digital "regime" that doesn't allow for smudges, mistakes, or imperfections. But imperfections are what make everything more interesting. Brightly coloured and slightly retro, the Ofelia Collection is a collection of four floral themes. Instagram / Website

"My love and appreciation of food" by Natasha
Hi, my name is Natasha and I am an Australian artist from NSW. I have a passion for designing patterns that revolve around food. My inspiration for my main focus on food art comes from my previous cancer journey, of not being able to eat solid food. Something that is a part of our everyday lives and is important to survival. As an artist, my three main mediums - painting, drawing and digital art all focus on my specialty of food design. My previous health battles have brought out the joy and happiness of food and everyday meals that are a part of everyday life. E.g., the dinner plate design is a representation of the meals I was unable to eat during my illness with thyroid cancer back in 2021. Website
